Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (SMa) will be taking the lead by way of forming a Singapore Pavilion at the HKTDC International ICT Expo to be held from 13 – 16 April 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).

HKTDC International ICT Expo 2009 is a leading expo in the field of Information and communications technology. International ICT Expo is the place to connect with both customers and business partners. It is the place to link up with manufacturers, development partners and distributors from all over the world as well as update vital market intelligence. At this expo, a series of professional seminars will discuss on troubles which the vibrant ICT industry faces and help in shaping the industry future. HKTDC International ICT Expo 2009 is a perfect fair to build new relationships and networks with overseas companies. Financial Assistance
SMa has applied to IE Singapore for the their support of International Marketing Activities Programme (IMAP) to lead the Singapore Pavilion in this exhibition. IMAP subsidise eligible company of up to 50% subsidy of total cost in:
- Up to 50% subsidies of space rental and stand construction;
- Up to 50% subsidies of common cost (include publicity, secretariat services, & auditor fees).
International Marketing Activities Programme (IMAP) is subject to the final approval by IE Singapore.
Companies can also claim Double-Tax-Deduction (DTD) for eligible expenses not covered by IMAP. Participating companies are to submit DTD application directly to IE Singapore. For more information, please visit http://dtd.iesingapore.gov.sg/
Eligible companies are defined as companies incorporated (excludes branch of a foreign company) and based in Singapore and must have at least 3 of the following core business functions as below.

N.B. Please note that IE Singapore reserves the right to verify information provided by the companies. Eligibility and subsidy reimbursement of individual companies is subject to final approval by IE Singapore upon submission of IMAP Claim Form by SMa after the exhibition.
