Thank you for the email below.
Sorry for the wrong timing on the email. It was a goodwill mistake made from the IT vendor who has helped IE sent out the emailer. The original document has a typo on the time however the programme guide timing was change from 0930 to 2130.
We will take this up seriously and ensure that such mistake will not arise again.
I am sorry that you have missed out on the event. Our next upcoming event will be on 14 Nov 2008 from 0930 to 1130. You may like to let me know of your interest and I'll take it up personally to register you for the event.
